## Web Socket Handler for Shelf

`shelf_web_socket` is a [Shelf][] handler for establishing [WebSocket][]
connections. It exposes a single function, [webSocketHandler][], which calls an
`onConnection` callback with a [WebSocketChannel][] object for every
connection that's established.
