06c60129fd chore: remove .dart-tool and .dartServer from repo and ignore them 
- Remove cached .dart_tool and .dartServer files from history
- Add .dartServer to .gitignore (dart analysis cache)
- Keep .dart_tool ignore entry

This prevents committing local tool/cache artifacts.
